About Me

My name is Paige Dando – here’s a little bit about my story on becoming Strong and Sassy and why I am so passionate about walking side-by-side with you on your journey.

In 2015, my boyfriend – not only dumped me – but told me that I was no longer part of the future that we’d planned and that he was moving to the other side of the world – ouch. Suddenly, I was heartbroken, lost, didn’t know who I was or what I wanted in my life. My confidence and self-esteem dropped to a whole new low.

I started to build healthier habits, chose new friends who enjoyed a similar lifestyle, ate good foods, trained regularly at the gym – all in incremental stages (might I add) and my confidence bloomed, and my life started to suck a lot less to say the least.

Before I knew it - I was STRONG – physically I was achieving things in the gym that I never believed possible and I was SASSY – nothing and no one could ever shake my mindset and the new love and gratitude that I had for life.

I have talked to so many women who have lost their confidence, who talk so cruelly about themselves and struggle to see the power in their identity after a lifetime of limiting beliefs and hurtful experiences. I have learnt that YOU CAN CHANGE THIS.

I have educated myself in the body and the brain in order to empower women and equip them with powerful tools to create an unshakeable mindset and to make permanent changes to your life.
